10 Rules for Crypto Investing
First of all, and probably the most important rule to crypto-investing (in fact, at any kind of risk investment), Invest only what you can throw away. Having followed this rule, you can order the others that I'll list at your own pleasure.
Rule #2 - Never panic. Never panic sell - or panic buy! Hold. Or in technical language - HODL.
Rule #3 - Buy on Low/Sell on High - Buy on High/Sell on Low. If you can't handle with the emotion of surfing the waves - follow rule number #2 - HODL.
Rule #4 - Learn the basics of Math. Know the difference between nominal and percentage - know the difference between nominal value and percentage value.
Rule #5 - Either learn to use social media on your favor - or just ignore it. Don't panic with the crowd, don't follow the crowd - buy when everyone is selling - sell when everybody is buying.
Rule #6 - If you can't ignore social media - don't believe in everything that you read: 99,9% is either a lie, or it is not true, or it is inaccurate.
Rule #7 - Confirm every information that you get with several sources - the good and the bad. If you fail to do so, you will be euphoric about what makes you happy, and in panic with that that goes against your expectations. Control your emotions.
Rule #8 - Learn from mistakes - and with what went well.
Rule #9 - Don't get excited whit the gains - nor be depressed by the losses.
Rule #10 - It is better to miss the opportunity of the day than the opportunity of a lifetime. Be patient, not emotional. It is better to miss the train than to be smashed by it. After all, after a train, another train comes.
If you want to go to the Moon - send your application to NASA - or any other space agency. Maybe you can even go to Mars!
If you want to start investing on Crypto Currencies, BINANCE is probably the best option. You can register here: Binance.

Evolution of the value of Bitcoins - the new Gold Rush?
![]() |
| (source) |
The value of the virtual coin - BitCoin - doesn't stop to grow. It's the Gold Rush of modern times? Are you considering to invest your money on BitCoins? What's your opinion?

LiteCoins vs. BitCoins
![]() |
| (Source - 09/04/2013 - 18:45) |
For those who don't have the luck to have lots of BitCoins, or who probably never have heard about BitCoins before last month, there's another virtual coin where you can invest your money: LiteCoins. If you're thinking to invest money on BitCoins, you must spend 228 USD to buy 1 BTC. With the same money, you might buy 52 LiteCoins! As you can see on the chart above, the price of LiteCoins has also rising in recent days.
Litecoins can be a good investment for those who don't have much money to invest. By investing a relatively low, you'll be able to buy a large quantity of LiteCoins. It is unlikely that LiteCoins will reach the values of BitCoins (Litecoins are produced four times more than BitCoins), but - in percentage - your investment may reach similar or higher values.

Attention: I don't want, with this post, to encourage anyone to buy LiteCoins. I just want to make you know another option that, in my opinion, can yield much money, if investors (and, keep that in mind, speculators) turn their sight to LiteCoins.

How much can BitCoins raise?
At the moment I write this lines, the value of 1 BitCoin is set at 149€ (or 194 US$). Last Friday, 1 BitCoin worth 106€ (or 138 US$).
At this stage, appointing a target price to BitCoin is pure speculation! I could say 500€ - or 1000€ - or more - or less. If I had BitCoins I wouldn't think to sell until it reach 5000€.
- No one sees an end to the Euro Crisis - there's a new impasse in Portugal, there's rumors of a new bank account tax in Cyprus, and Slovenia is probably the next country in need of financial assistance;
- Investors (and speculators) turned their sight to BitCoins;
- There's a limited number of BitCoins;
- And, probably the most important, almost no one is selling...
It's the perfect scenario to guarantee that the price of BitCoins will keep raising on the next months. But in a world where everything change at the speed of light (or at the speed of your internet connection) nothing is sure.
Anyone risks a target price to BitCoin?

Bitcoin: a bubble ready to burst?
Timothy B. Lee, on Forbes, points four reasons why we shouldn't buy BitCoins:
1) Losses: bitcoins don't have consumer protection; if your bitcoins are lost by the service where you keep them, or stolen by someone, there's no juridical protection.
Well, we know the nature of governmental consumer protection. We saw that protection on the 1930's Roosevelt government, and on the Cyprus Euro Crisis...
2) Regulation: BitCoin is extremely resistant to government regulation.
Oh, that's a problem?!
3) Scaling: There's a limit on the number of BitCoins that can be mined.
4) Lack of applications: "There’s a real question about how useful Bitcoin actually is. We know Bitcoin is popular for drugs and gambling, but does it have uses for more conventional forms of commerce?"
That will change, as more people adopt the new currency...
The actual problem, is to know whether the value of BitCoins will continue to rise. In my opinion, if the Euro crisis continue - and when we look at the Economy of Cyprus, Greece, and Portugal, we have to say "yes" - more and more investors will buy Bitcoins. Those who have Bitcoins, keep them. Those who don't, keep mining. But stay tuned: at any moment, those speculators who came from the Euro - specially on the last month - can leave it at any time... It's a risk that can worth millions...

What will happen now with BitCoin?
All over the world, people are talking about BitCoin. It all started when Satoshi Nakamoto published a paper on The Cryptography Mailing list at metzdowd.com describing the bitcoin protocol, in 2008.
A year later BitCoin came into existence with the release of the first open source bitcoin client and the issuance of the first bitcoins. But the new currency take four years to be known by everyone, and - with the Euro crises - financial speculators turn their sight to this virtual money: the price of BitCoins started to grow spectacularly.
But, what will happen now with BitCoin? Will this bubble pop? Are you considering to invest your money on BitCoins? Are you considering to sell your BitCoins?

Buying Gold to Escape from Bank Accounts
Fears about continuing economic instability across the eurozone, exacerbated by the Cyprus bailout, have seen demand for gold soar, according to internet dealer BullionByPost.
The company, which sells and delivers bullion to customers via Royal Mail, said it had seen weekly sales triple to more than £4million in the past two weeks.
It expects to record a turnover of £75million for the year to the end of April, up 40 per cent on the previous year. The company said most of the demand has come from new customers. It also claimed to have been 'inundated' with inquiries from people living in Cyprus wanting to buy gold.
This includes Cypriots and British expats, as well as people living in the UK but with bank accounts in Cyprus. (Source)
6 options to invest your money here. Nowadays, gold and another metals seems a good option to invest your money. But when everybody is doing (or think to do) the same thing, what are the risk? Are we facing a gold rush that could lead to a bubble explosion? Be careful. And if you are a lucky one, that bought gold sometime ago, keep alert - the time to sell could be near.

6 ways to invest your money
If you're European, and you have some money in a bank account, you're probably wondering where to put or invest your money. We are living times of uncertainty. Investing is always a risk, so you should always weigh the risks with the probable gains. Here are 10 ways to invest your money:
1) Stocks - Investing in company stocks is one of the most popular ways of investing money. Each share you buy represents a small portion of ownership of the company. It's an investment where you can win quickly, if the value of shares go up, but you can also lose a lot of money if the company does not go well, and the value of shares drops.
2) Banking - Bank accounts are the traditional way of storing cash, and offers you extremely low returns. There are different types of accounts at banks, like personal savings accounts, business savings accounts, personal checking accounts, business checking accounts and Certificates of Deposits. By these days, this is the kind of investment that we are all trying to avoid.
3) Business - Be our own boss is the dream of many of us; to have our own business, means that we could became financially independent and free from hierarchies, but it is an extremely risky investment; there is an huge risk of losing everything. To start your own business, you must do a lot of research, make a business plan and seek advice from others with experience. And, must important of all: what kind of business.
4) Real Estate - Investing in properties is one of the most popular type of investment. Real estate investing can become extremely lucrative if you can buy in the proper locations. You can purchase homes to fix them up and sell them for a higher price, but nowadays it's very difficult to sell in some countries across Europe. Or you can purchase homes to turn around and rent.
5) Commodities - Commodities are physical products like corn, sugar, oil, metals, etc. Don't panic! You don't have to stockpile them at your home. They are traded on exchanges, similar to stocks. This is a high-risk investments because they are exchanged based on futures contracts, so you're betting on costs going up...
6) Metals - Precious metals, such as gold, is another way to invest your money. The value of precious metals rises when other investment values drop. By these days investing in metals seems the most secure way to save your money; although the return is very low, by other way it is very improbable that the value drops. And you can keep it at home! So, if your are mainly concerned on how to keep safe your money, independently of gains, this is the better option! Or you can keep your bank notes under your mattress...
